Introducing Our New Website & Features
We're excited to introduce the new Eason's RC HobbyStore website - built to make shopping, browsing, getting support, booking visits, and joining the RC community easier than ever.
This is a brand-new website and it will continue to grow over time. We'll be developing it step by step, adding new products, improving features, creating helpful content, and building more ways for customers and RC enthusiasts to connect with us.
One of the key new features is our friendly website chatbot, designed to help visitors quickly find information, ask questions, and get pointed in the right direction. Whether you're looking for a product, need help choosing parts, or simply want to know where to start, the chatbot is there to make the experience easier.
We've also introduced a new helpdesk ticket system through the Contact Us page. This means customer enquiries can now be managed more clearly and efficiently, helping us keep track of questions about orders, products, repairs, services, and general support.
Another new feature is our booking system, giving customers a simple way to arrange visits, appointments, support sessions, or other available services directly through the website.
We're also building in more ways to reward and support our customers, including our loyalty scheme and Eason's RC gift cards. The loyalty scheme is designed to give something back to returning customers, while gift cards make it easier to treat friends, family, or fellow RC fans to something they'll actually enjoy.
