Our new Supplier Available range gives the Eason’s RC community access to an even wider selection of RC models, parts, accessories and equipment through our trusted UK suppliers.

What does “Supplier Available” mean?
Products marked Supplier Available are not currently held in stock at Eason’s RC.
When you place an order, we will order the product specifically for you from the relevant supplier. This allows us to offer a much wider choice without limiting the range to products we can physically hold in store.
How does ordering work?
Full payment is taken when your order is placed.
Because the product must first be received from the supplier, delivery or collection will take longer than it would for an item marked In Stock.
The expected timescale will be shown on the individual product page wherever possible. We will keep you updated and let you know when:
- your order has been secured with the supplier;
- your item has arrived with Eason’s RC;
- your order has been dispatched; or
- your order is ready for collection.
The same personal Eason’s RC service
A Supplier Available order still receives the same personal service and support as any other Eason’s RC purchase.
We can help with:
- checking product compatibility;
- finding suitable batteries, chargers, parts and accessories;
- answering questions before you order;
- providing updates while your order is being processed; and
- offering continued support after your purchase.
This service is about giving our community more choice while continuing to provide the friendly, knowledgeable support you expect from Eason’s RC.
What happens if availability changes?
Supplier stock can sometimes change before an order is secured.
If the supplier can no longer provide the product, or the expected delivery time changes significantly, we will contact you promptly.
You will then have the choice to:
- continue waiting for an updated availability date;
- select a suitable alternative product; or
- receive a full refund.
