Our Story

The story of Eason's RC actually began over 20 years ago.

When I was 18, I had a dream of opening my own RC hobby shop. I loved the hobby, loved the community around it, and wanted to build something that would bring people together.

Then life had other plans.

The financial recession made starting a small business incredibly difficult, and like many people, I had to put that dream aside. Although the idea never disappeared, it became something I carried with me rather than something I believed would ever become reality.

Years passed. Careers changed. Life became busier, but my passion for radio-controlled models never faded.

The turning point came through something much more important than business.

When I was 14 years old, my dad and I built my very first Tamiya model together around our dining table. It wasn't simply about building an RC car—it was about spending time together, learning new skills and creating memories that have stayed with me for life.

Twenty-four years later, I found myself sitting around another dining table with my own daughter, who was the same age I had been. Together we rebuilt that very same Tamiya model before she went on to build her very first RC kit.

Watching that experience come full circle reminded me what this hobby is really about.

It isn't just about the models.

It's about family.

It's about friendships.

It's about learning, sharing knowledge and creating memories that last a lifetime.

That moment reignited a dream I had almost twenty years earlier.

This time, I decided I wasn't going to let circumstances stop me.

With a strong, supportive wife by my side, I finally found the confidence to pursue a dream that had been waiting for nearly two decades. Her encouragement, belief and support have been invaluable throughout this journey, and Eason's RC simply wouldn't be where it is today without her.

Eason's RC has been built from the ground up without investors, without large loans and without shortcuts. Every improvement, every new product, every feature on the website and every future community event comes from countless hours of personal time, hard work, determination and a genuine love for this hobby.

Today, Eason's RC is more than the fulfilment of a long-held dream. It's our way of giving something back to a hobby and a community that has given our family so many unforgettable memories. We hope it can help create those same memories for yours too.
