Customer Terms and Conditions

Eason’s RC HobbyStore

Last updated: 13 September 2026

Please read these terms before placing an order, booking a service or event, buying a membership, or purchasing or using a gift card. They explain how contracts with us work and do not reduce any rights that consumers have under law.

1 About us and these terms

1.1 We are Eason Enterprise Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11340171. We trade as Eason’s RC HobbyStore and are referred to in these terms as “Eason’s RC”, “we”, “us” or “our”.

1.2 Our registered office is 6 Rees Drive, Longhedge, Salisbury, United Kingdom, SP4 6SG. Our trading and collection address is Unit 1a, Sub Unit 77 and 78, Castle Gate Business Park, Old Sarum, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP4 6QX. Shop visits and collections may require an appointment.

1.3 These terms apply to consumer purchases made through www.easonsrc.co.uk, by telephone or message, at our premises, and at events where we sell. They also apply to Supplier Available orders, workshop and repair services, event bookings, Loyalty Club memberships, promotions, gift cards and vouchers.

1.4 A product page, quotation, repair job sheet, event page, membership description, promotion or gift card may contain additional terms. Those additional terms form part of the contract. If they conflict with these general terms, the more specific term applies only to the relevant purchase and only if it was made clear before the customer agreed to buy. Nothing in any additional term limits statutory consumer rights.

1.5 These terms are intended for consumers. A person buying wholly or mainly for business purposes should contact us before ordering because separate business terms may apply.

2 Definitions

2.1 A “consumer” is an individual acting for purposes wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession.

2.2 A “distance contract” is a contract concluded without the customer and us being physically present together, such as an online, telephone or message order.

2.3 “Supplier Available” means a standard product that we do not normally hold at our premises and intend to obtain from a supplier after an order. It does not mean that the product is personalised or made to the customer’s specifications.

2.4 “Working day” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.

3 Who may contract with us

3.1 A customer must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. A person under 18 may use our products, attend suitable events or take part in community activities only with the permission and, where required, supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3.2 The person placing an order or booking confirms that the information supplied is accurate and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

4 Orders and contract formation

4.1 Website displays, social media posts and quotations are invitations to place an order and are not binding offers by us. Placing an order is an offer to buy on these terms.

4.2 An automated acknowledgement or payment receipt only confirms that we received the order or payment. A contract forms when we send a message expressly accepting the order, including a dispatch or ready-for-collection confirmation, or when we supply the goods or service, whichever happens first. For Supplier Available products, clause 7 also applies.

4.3 We may decline an order before acceptance, including where an item is unavailable, a supplier cannot fulfil it, payment is not authorised, a price or description contains an obvious error, delivery is not available to the address, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity. If we have taken payment, we will refund it promptly using the original payment method.

4.4 The customer must check the order details and correct errors before submitting the order. They should contact us promptly if an acknowledgement contains an error.

4.5 We may set reasonable quantity limits where stock is scarce or an offer is intended for household customers. Any limit will be made clear before purchase.

5 Products and product information

5.1 We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images, colours and packaging may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturer changes or batch differences. Dimensions, weights, speeds, run times and performance figures are normally manufacturer information and may vary with setup, conditions and use.

5.2 Compatibility advice depends on the information the customer gives us. The customer should provide the exact model, version, scale, measurements, voltage, connector, gearing and existing equipment where relevant. We remain responsible where our advice forms part of the contract and is relied upon, but we are not responsible for an incompatibility caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

5.3 Unless the product page says otherwise, self-assembly kits require assembly, tools, finishing materials and skill. “RTR”, “ready to run”, “RTF”, “PNP”, “ARR” and similar manufacturer descriptions do not necessarily mean every battery, charger, radio item, fuel, tool or accessory is included. The product description states the supplied contents where known.

5.4 Any age guidance is a safety or skill indication and not a substitute for adult assessment and supervision. The customer must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings.

6 Prices and payment

6.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery, event extras and other charges are shown before the customer confirms payment.

6.2 We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout or agreed with the customer. Online and Supplier Available orders normally require payment in full before acceptance. We do not charge an additional fee solely for using a consumer debit or credit card.

6.3 If a price is obviously wrong and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may reject the order before acceptance. If a contract has already formed, we will contact the customer and seek an agreed lawful solution rather than taking an additional payment without consent.

6.4 Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Where that is not possible, we will agree a suitable alternative with the person who made the purchase.

7 Stock and Supplier Available products

7.1 Stock indicators are updated as accurately as reasonably possible but may change before acceptance. We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

7.2 Products marked “Supplier Available — Ordered Especially for You” are not held in our own stock and will be obtained from a trusted UK distributor or supplier after the order. We will check availability before accepting the order where reasonably possible. The contract is not accepted merely because payment has been authorised, taken or acknowledged.

7.3 The product page will show the current estimated dispatch or collection time. This is normally 5 to 10 working days where that range is displayed, but the stated estimate for the individual product applies. An estimate is not a guaranteed date unless we expressly agree a fixed or essential delivery date.

7.4 If availability or timing changes materially, we will contact the customer and offer the available options, which may include waiting, choosing an agreed alternative or receiving a full refund. We will never substitute another product without agreement. The customer keeps any right to end the contract where an agreed delivery deadline is missed or delivery is not made within the time required by law.

7.5 Supplier Available products are not automatically personalised or custom-made. Ordering a normal catalogue item especially for a customer does not by itself remove the right to cancel a distance contract under clause 9.

7.6 A product is exempt from change-of-mind cancellation as a made-to-order or personalised item only where it is genuinely made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, and we told the customer before purchase. This may include a specially painted, engraved, cut, programmed or uniquely configured item. Statutory rights still apply if it is faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.

8 Delivery and collection

8.1 We deliver to the locations and by the methods shown at checkout or agreed before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as essential or fixed.

8.2 Unless a different period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. If delivery is delayed, the customer has the remedies provided by consumer law, including the right in appropriate cases to set a further reasonable deadline or end the contract.

8.3 The customer must provide a complete and accurate address and any information reasonably needed for safe delivery. If delivery fails because of information supplied by the customer or because no one accepts the parcel, we may charge the reasonable direct cost of redelivery, but only after explaining it.

8.4 Responsibility for accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer when the goods come into the physical possession of the consumer or a person identified by them. If the consumer independently appoints a carrier that we did not offer, risk may pass when we hand the goods to that carrier as provided by law.

8.5 For collection orders, we will say when the item is ready. The customer should not travel until receiving that confirmation. We may ask for the order number and reasonable proof of identity. If an order is not collected, we will contact the customer and may cancel it after giving reasonable notice, subject to the customer’s statutory rights and any reasonable costs already incurred.

8.6 The customer should report visible parcel damage or a missing item as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate with the carrier. A delay in reporting does not remove statutory rights.

9 Cancelling distance contracts

9.1 Goods. A consumer may normally cancel a distance contract for goods without giving a reason from the date the contract is made until 14 days after the day the goods come into the consumer’s physical possession. For an order delivered in separate lots, the period normally runs from the day after the final lot is received.

9.2 To cancel, the consumer must send a clear statement before the cancellation period ends. They may email admin@easonsrchobbystore.co.uk, use the contact form, write to our trading address, or use the model form in Schedule 1. The model form is optional.

9.3 After cancelling goods, the consumer must return them without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, the consumer pays the direct return cost where we told them of that responsibility before the contract. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post, we will provide or identify a reasonable estimate of the return cost before purchase. We will provide instructions for batteries, fuel, aerosols or other items that a normal postal service may not accept. A damaged, swollen or unsafe battery must not be posted without our instructions.

9.4 We will refund the price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or the consumer provides evidence of sending them, whichever occurs first. We will make the refund no later than 14 days after that point, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, and without charging a refund fee.

9.5 The consumer may inspect goods as they could in a shop. Where the law permits, we may reduce the refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Assembly, painting, soldering, programming, running outdoors, crashing, fitting parts or using consumables may go beyond reasonable inspection, depending on the product. We will not make a deduction merely because packaging was opened where opening was reasonably necessary to inspect the item, or where the law prevents a deduction because required cancellation information was not supplied.

9.6 The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised; sealed computer software once unsealed; or another statutory exception that applies and was made clear before purchase. Supplier Available status alone is not an exception.

9.7 Services and memberships. A consumer normally has 14 days from the day after a distance service or membership contract is made to cancel. If the consumer expressly asks us to begin during that period and later cancels, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to cancellation. The right may be lost once a service is fully performed only where the consumer expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that full performance would end the cancellation right.

9.8 Events. The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not normally apply to leisure services to be supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Our event cancellation policy in clause 12 applies instead.

9.9 Click and collect. A contract completed online remains a distance contract even if the customer collects the goods from us. If the website only reserves an item and the customer decides whether to buy and pays at our premises, the resulting purchase is normally an in-person contract instead.

10 Returns faults and statutory rights

10.1 Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for any particular purpose made known to us and as described. Services must be performed with reasonable care and skill and, where the contract does not fix them, within a reasonable time and for a reasonable price.

10.2 If goods do not conform to the contract, a consumer normally has a 30-day short-term right to reject them, subject to the statutory rules and exceptions. After that period, or where the consumer chooses, they may be entitled to repair or replacement and, if the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or final right to reject. Services may carry rights to repeat performance or a price reduction. Nothing in these terms replaces or limits those rights.

10.3 A manufacturer’s warranty is additional to statutory rights. We may help communicate with a manufacturer or distributor, but the customer’s statutory claim against us is not conditional on using a manufacturer warranty.

10.4 We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase and information needed to assess the issue, such as photographs, a fault description, setup details and the product for inspection. We will not require recorded-delivery notice within an artificial short deadline as a condition of statutory rights.

10.5 Damage caused after supply by a collision, water ingress where the product is not designed for it, incorrect voltage or polarity, unsafe charging, unsuitable fuel, over-gearing, overheating, normal wear, neglect, misuse or an incompatible modification is not itself evidence of a defect present at supply. This does not allow us to reject a valid claim merely because a product has been used or modified; we will consider the actual cause.

10.6 Where a fault becomes apparent within six months of delivery, the law normally treats it as having been present at delivery unless we show otherwise or that presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or fault. After six months, the consumer may need to show that the goods did not conform when delivered.

10.7 The customer should contact us before posting a product containing a lithium battery, fuel, aerosol or another restricted item. This protects people and carriers and does not reduce the customer’s rights.

10.8 For an in-person purchase, there is no automatic legal right to return conforming goods merely because the customer changes their mind. Any separate goodwill returns policy we publish is additional to statutory rights and applies on its stated conditions.

11 Repairs workshop services and builds

11.1 We will record the requested work and any known issues in a quotation, estimate, booking confirmation, message or job sheet. The customer must tell us about relevant previous repairs, modifications, intermittent faults, damaged batteries and missing parts.

11.2 An estimate is an informed indication and may change after inspection. A quotation is a fixed price for the stated scope unless the customer requests a change or an unforeseeable issue makes extra work necessary. We will obtain approval before carrying out work that materially changes the agreed scope or price.

11.3 Any inspection fee, diagnostic fee, deposit, parts prepayment or minimum charge will be stated before the customer agrees. A deposit or advance payment is not automatically non-refundable. If the contract ends, we may retain only an amount permitted by law and reasonably reflecting work supplied or losses we cannot avoid.

11.4 We may test-run or bench-test an item to diagnose a fault and confirm the repair, using reasonable care. We will seek specific permission before a test that creates an unusual risk, involves public operation, or goes materially beyond normal workshop testing.

11.5 Repairing one fault does not guarantee that an older, heavily used or modified model has no other fault. We will perform the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. If our service does not conform to the contract, statutory service remedies apply.

11.6 We are responsible for taking reasonable care of customer property while it is in our possession. The customer should remove loose valuables and tell us about unusually valuable, rare or irreplaceable parts. Our liability is governed by clause 19 and cannot be excluded where the law does not allow it.

11.7 We will give a reasonable completion estimate and update the customer about a material delay. Parts availability, manufacturer support and the discovery of further damage may affect timing.

11.8 Parts removed from a customer’s model remain the customer’s property unless they must be returned to a supplier for a warranty claim, cannot safely or lawfully be returned, or the customer authorises us to dispose of them. The customer should tell us if they want routine replaced parts retained for collection. We will explain any exception.

11.9 We will notify the customer when an item is ready. Collection is free for 30 days after the first ready notice. After that, we may charge £5 per item for each further complete week, but no more than a reasonable reflection of our storage cost. We will remind the customer before storage charges begin.

11.10 We will not treat an uncollected item as abandoned or sell or dispose of it without following the applicable legal process and giving the notices required by law. Any right to recover unpaid repair and reasonable storage charges remains subject to that process.

12 Events track days and meet days

12.1 The event page or ticket states the date, venue, times, included activities, participant requirements and price. A booking is for that event and cannot be used for a different event unless we agree.

12.2 Customer cancellation. Unless the event page gives more generous terms, a customer cancelling at least 14 clear days before the event receives a full refund. A customer cancelling between 7 and 13 clear days before the event receives a 50 percent refund. A cancellation less than 7 clear days before the event or a no-show is not refundable. However, the customer may transfer the place to another eligible person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the event. If we resell a cancelled place, we will refund the customer in full.

12.3 The cancellation amounts in clause 12.2 are intended to reflect advance venue, staffing, administration and capacity commitments. We will reduce a cancellation charge where our actual net loss is lower. Nothing in this clause affects a refund right arising because we cancel or materially change the event.

12.4 If we cancel an event, the customer may choose a full refund of the ticket price or, where offered, a transfer to a replacement date. If we materially change the date, venue or main advertised activity, the customer may cancel for a full refund. Any responsibility for reasonable separate losses, such as travel or accommodation costs, is governed by clause 19.

12.5 If severe weather, venue loss, unsafe conditions or another event outside our reasonable control prevents safe operation, we may pause, adapt or postpone the event. If postponement or a material change is required, we will offer the choices described in clause 12.4.

12.6 Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions, class and technical rules, venue rules and marshal directions. We may refuse or end participation where conduct or equipment creates a safety risk, seriously disrupts the event, damages property, amounts to harassment or cheating, or repeatedly breaches a stated rule. We will act reasonably and consider a warning where appropriate. A refund may be refused where exclusion results from the participant’s serious breach.

12.7 A participant under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The booking page will state whether the guardian must remain present and any minimum age or supervision rule.

12.8 Photographs or recordings are not authorised merely by buying a ticket. Any event photography arrangements and choices, especially for children, will be explained separately and handled under our privacy information.

13 RC safety and responsible use

13.1 RC models, batteries, chargers, tools, paints, fuels and chemicals can cause injury, fire or property damage if used incorrectly. Customers and participants must read the instructions, use suitable protective equipment and adult supervision, inspect equipment before use, and operate only in a lawful and appropriate place.

13.2 Lithium batteries must be charged with a compatible charger and settings, on a suitable fire-resistant surface and under supervision. A damaged, swollen, hot or compromised battery must not be used or charged and should be isolated and disposed of through an appropriate facility.

13.3 Aircraft, drones, boats, fast vehicles and radio equipment may be subject to location restrictions, registration, insurance, club, governing-body or legal requirements. The operator is responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to the intended use.

13.4 These safety provisions do not exclude our responsibility for supplying safe, conforming products or for loss caused by our negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Loyalty Club

14.1 Loyalty Club membership is paid and personal to the named member. The tier, price, term, points rate and included benefits are those clearly displayed on the membership page and confirmed at purchase.

14.2 Membership starts when activated or on another date stated in the confirmation. It ends at the end of the purchased term. It will not renew automatically unless automatic renewal, its frequency and price were clearly disclosed and separately agreed before purchase. If we offer automatic renewal, we will also provide the pre-contract information, reminders, cancellation method and other protections required by the law in force at the time.

14.3 A member must keep their account information accurate and must not share, sell or transfer membership benefits, codes or status. We may ask for reasonable verification before applying a benefit.

14.4 Points are awarded on qualifying purchases after discounts and exclude gift card purchases, membership fees, delivery charges and refunded or cancelled amounts unless a specific offer says otherwise. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may be reversed when the underlying purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back or obtained through error or abuse.

14.5 Points do not expire while the paid membership remains active. If membership ends, unused points remain available for 12 months after the end date and then expire. Any reward or voucher created from points may have its own clearly stated expiry date, which will be shown when it is issued.

14.6 Benefits such as event access, discounts, gifts, early access, workshops and priority support remain subject to the eligibility, booking, capacity and product conditions disclosed for that benefit. “Priority” does not guarantee stock or immediate service.

14.7 We may add benefits during a membership term, and existing members at the relevant tier receive applicable new benefits automatically. We will not remove or materially reduce a paid member’s confirmed core benefits during the current term unless required by law, needed to address misuse or safety, or replaced with a benefit of at least equivalent reasonable value.

14.8 We may suspend or close a membership for fraud, deliberate abuse, threats, harassment or serious repeated breach after acting reasonably. Where practical, we will explain the reason and allow the member to respond. Any refund will take account of the unused term and the value of benefits already used, but we will not impose a disproportionate penalty.

14.9 Distance-purchase cancellation rights for membership are explained in clause 9.7. Ending membership does not cancel a separate order or event booking.

15 Promotions discounts and loyalty rewards

15.1 A promotion’s advertised eligibility, dates, products, redemption method, limits and exclusions form part of its terms. We will present material restrictions clearly before purchase.

15.2 Unless the promotion says otherwise, only one promotional code may be used per order. A discount cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or used to buy a gift card. Loyalty points and a promotion may be combined only where the offer or checkout permits it.

15.3 We may refuse or cancel a promotional benefit obtained through a technical error, duplicate-account abuse, false information or activity inconsistent with the published offer, but we will not withdraw a properly obtained benefit merely because the promotion was more popular than expected.

15.4 If discounted goods are returned, any refund is based on the amount actually paid for those goods. Statutory rights are the same for sale and full-price goods.

15.5 A free prize draw or competition will have separate rules covering entry, eligibility, closing date, selection and fulfilment, including a free entry route where one is legally required. We will not operate a paid-entry raffle, lottery or similar promotion unless it is lawfully permitted.

16 Gift cards and promotional vouchers

16.1 A paid Eason’s RC gift card may be used for eligible purchases through the sales channels stated on the card or confirmation. It is not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used to buy another gift card.

16.2 Unless a longer period is stated, a paid gift card expires 24 months after its purchase date. The expiry period and date will be made clear before purchase and supplied with the card or account record. We may extend it at our discretion where fair to do so, but this does not create an automatic right to extension.

16.3 A purchase may use part of the balance, and the remaining balance stays available until expiry. If the purchase exceeds the balance, the customer must pay the difference using an accepted method.

16.4 The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct recipient details. We may replace a lost or misdirected gift card only where we can verify the original purchase and unused balance. We may suspend a code reasonably suspected of theft, fraud or unauthorised use while we investigate.

16.5 Where goods bought with a gift card are lawfully refunded, the amount paid by gift card will normally be returned to a gift card balance. This does not reduce any right to a monetary refund for an amount paid by another method.

16.6 An unused gift card bought at a distance may be cancelled during the applicable 14-day cancellation period. If the consumer asks for and uses any value during that period, any refund may be reduced by the amount used where the law permits and the required consent was obtained.

16.7 A free promotional voucher or account credit is not a paid gift card. It has no cash value and is governed by the eligibility, minimum spend, product restrictions and expiry shown when issued. Unless the voucher says otherwise, it may be used once, cannot be transferred or combined with another promotional code, and any unused amount is lost after redemption.

16.8 We will not use an expiry term or restriction to remove statutory refund rights or retain money where doing so would be unfair or unlawful.

17 Website use and intellectual property

17.1 The website and its original text, graphics, branding and layout are owned by us or used with permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product materials belong to their respective owners. Customers may view and print pages for personal use but may not reproduce substantial content commercially without permission.

17.2 Customers must not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that damages service, or use it for fraud or unlawful activity.

17.3 Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or availability, but this does not affect our responsibility for statements we adopt as part of a contract.

18 Personal information

18.1 We use personal information to manage orders, services, memberships, events, safety and customer support in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Those policies explain the purposes, legal bases, retention, sharing and individual rights.

18.2 Marketing messages are optional and are not a condition of purchase. A person may use the unsubscribe method in a message or contact us to change marketing preferences. Service messages about an order, membership, repair or event are not marketing.

19 Our responsibility for loss or damage

19.1 We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was obvious or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made.

19.2 We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights relating to goods, digital content or services, or defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

19.3 We supply consumer products and services for private use. If a consumer uses them for a commercial purpose, we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, opportunity or business interruption, except where the law does not permit that exclusion.

19.4 We are not responsible for loss caused by the customer failing to follow clear product instructions or safety warnings, using an unsuitable setup, or providing inaccurate compatibility information, to the extent that the failure actually caused the loss.

20 Events outside our reasonable control

20.1 We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, fire, flood, transport disruption, an unexpected supplier failure we could not reasonably avoid, venue closure, power or network failure, epidemic restrictions or governmental action.

20.2 We will contact affected customers as soon as reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the effect. If a significant delay continues, the customer may have a right to end the contract and receive a refund for goods or services not supplied. Event bookings are also protected by clause 12.

21 Complaints and dispute resolution

21.1 Please contact us first so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue. Useful information includes the order or job number, the issue, when it arose, and the outcome sought.

21.2 Complaints may be sent to admin@easonsrchobbystore.co.uk, submitted through our contact page, or posted to our trading address. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within a reasonable time.

21.3 If a consumer complaint remains unresolved after our internal process, we will provide information about a competent certified alternative dispute resolution body where the law requires us to do so and state whether we agree or are required to use that process. The consumer may also contact Citizens Advice consumer service or seek independent legal advice.

21.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from using the courts.

22 Governing law and courts

22.1 These terms and consumer contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales. A consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland keeps the protection of any mandatory law that applies there.

22.2 Proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. A consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where they live, as applicable.

23 Changes to these terms

23.1 We may update these terms for future contracts to reflect changes in law, systems, products or business operations. The version in force when a contract is made normally governs that contract.

23.2 A change will not retrospectively remove a confirmed consumer right or paid Loyalty Club benefit. Clause 14.7 explains how benefit changes are handled during a membership term.

23.3 If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. No person other than the customer and us has a right to enforce the contract, except where legislation provides otherwise.
